holding company, currently operates full-service
banking offices in Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, Florida, and Wisconsin. With strong local management

CIB Marine was originally
incorporated in the State of Illinois in 1985 as Sidney
Bancorporation, Inc., a one-bank holding company headquartered
in Sidney, Illinois. In September 1987, a group of investors
acquired Sidney Bancorporation, which at the time had total
assets of $9.4 million, and subsequently changed its name
to Central Illinois Bancorp, Inc. On August 27, 1999, Central
Illinois Bancorp reincorporated as a Wisconsin corporation
and changed its name to CIB Marine Bancshares, Inc. Since
that time, CIB Marine has continued on its road to success
by expanding out of Central Illinois with the acquisition
and/or formation of the following entities: Citrus Bank, N.A. (Florida) and Marine
Bank (Indiana, Wisconsin and Arizona).
